Vragen/Problemen in verband met infusions

Ik wil de nodige velden toevoegen in custom contact toevoegen. Ik wil ook dat er keuzemogelijkheden komen om gericht een mail te sturen (via radiorondje 1 mailadres aanduiden). Kan ik er ook de optie inzetten dat de verzender ook een mail als voorbeeld in zijn mailinbox krijgt?

Aangezien de aangeleverde informatie vrij summier is ga ik er maar van ut dat het PHP-Fusion 7.02.07. In de bijlage de infusie
